oh yea i just asked one of the staff of the site i talked earlier, NL server is going to be added in mid Jan 2012. If you want, they can add NL server earlier

Price unconfirmed, probably same as advertised in their website

Update: NL Server -> Adult OK, Nulled OK, DMCA will never respond

Russia servers has really good speed, but the only problem with Russian DC is that due to huge spam activities, their IP ranges has been banned
