i am purchased few days ago 1month premium then i get traffic limit 20gb for 3days.So i decided to purchase another 1 account for more download.Problem is i didn't sign out so the 1st account renewed more 1month.i send to admin many mail no Response.

Hi Vaam I have the same problem as you a year ago, i reached download limit 20GB in novafile, i purchased the year premium account on 06/14 and today 06/16/14 traffic available is -77 MB.
Please how long did you wait for recharged again 20 gb?
only do i have 20gb for downloading in a year?


Please you take a few minutes for my problem.
