All in all looks nice and clean, but the only thing i would change is the green text against the white background, it clashes to0 much. 7/10 :) yes fix the Navbar....lol
 
ya you mean the registered members? ya i was gonna kinda do tht last.. wanted to get the forum itself lookin good.. still struggling with teh navbar.. thanks for the feedback :D
 
its a big improvement compared yo your old one ;) good job.

try getting a blue favicon to match your skin.

the colour for the 'members' usegroup needs changing, make it dodger blue - that would look good. the current turquoise colour looks odd compared to the skin.

I think I may have visited your forum once before, used to have a much darker theme? Anyways, I was very happy to see the current color scheme. I enjoy your enthusiasm and am very glad to see the effort your put forth come to life.

However, I noticed a few things that I would suggest altering. The banner is perfect yet at the very bottom it has been cut off, allowing the globe and the reflection to lose their effect. Secondly, I am not a fan of the navigation containing images as well as the content you have just above that regarding your radio. Warez-BB does a great job incorporating their radio into their theme (top right) see if you can create something like that? The images below are quite cool but they just don't seem to fit, I would just go ahead and add the contents to the navigation. If the navigation becomes over loaded I would then suggest adding a Features List (such as the one at USAWarez.org). I think the chatbox is a great modification, but think about hiding it from guests, then your site will appear much more condensed and encourage browsing.

thanks for teh feedback guys,i have finished the top navbar now with a nice rollover effect,as for the radio i have only just put there there temp until i can integrate it as you said SECUR into the top similar to w-bb,and the images you are talking about are only for the games i have added to Realwarez like the arcade,casino,yahtzee,conquest and suduko
 
wow the favicon is amazing, any the skin looks really good. The drop down bar is awesome colors compared to the skin. I love the blue and black combination
