Netload 28 premium days left is normal because of February?

Hi guys
I've just activated a monthly Netload premium membership and it shows me remaining 28 premium days....is it normal because of February? Does Netload calculate 28 days because they consider the membership expiring on 5th March?!

I am pretty sure almost all other hosting services give at least 30 days always even during February!

I need now an answer from any of you that have activated monthly membership in february since all the 4 monthly accounts I've activated yesterday shows 28 days remaining! wtf!
 
Although Netload reply "30 days are given everytime" not only they stopped reply me about fixing my account but they did not fix the "bug" even in new generated accounts as realized by other Netload customers (at least till past Friday the bug was still present, do not know if now is fixed).

This is the reliability of Netload.....

you are continuing giving 28 days only for monthly subscription instead of 30! (as YOU told me should be) Are you idiot or what?! (You choose: the best option if you are not idiots is that you are scammers)
 
You shouldn't really be calling them idiots or scammers in my opinion.
At the end of the day - if your claims are correct, then it sounds like just a bug, and you are asking for help... Continue calling them those things and you won't get any help.
If they have stopped replying, I'm not surprised really.

Putting that aside, you could try emailing Netload again - NICELY THIS TIME... and attach proofs if you haven't done so already.
Email proof of account activation or payment (including date), and also a screenshot of your account showing your username and the number of days - which you claim is wrong.

Just don't go calling them idiots and scammers!!! It won't get you anywhere. :facepalm:

1)How you define a company that locked thousand accounts in the last 1-2 months with FALSE accusation of account sharing or because they download "a lot" ?! (think about those purchased 6 months or 1 year membership!) and most important (because an error could happen) they never reply giving explanations to customers except their classic "standard" emails? And also the lucky customers have been unlocked (after weeks) have never been compensated with free premium days
2)How you define a company that can only reply premium days are "30 days everytime" and when asking gently to fix the issue never reply?! And even today they continue to apply 28 days at the monthly premium membership? (Is not only a bug of mine I had many other confirmation start a monthly premium and you will see by yourself)

So the options left are two, sad but true:
1)If they are not aware they are idiots (mental handicapped) so they are not doing it on purpose
2)If they are aware they are scammers because they ignore the problem on purpose

Well, I'm not going to get into a debate with you over this, and I'm also not reading the topic that you have provided on tehparadox. I am addressing the issue that is related to this topic - here on WJunction, and that is your claim of getting 28 days instead of 30 days.
If you have some previous vendetta against Netload and this is why you are calling them "idiots and scammers", then that's your choice.
I'm just saying, that if your asking for help, it's best not to say those things, otherwise you won't get any help.

I renewed my account with Netload on the 1st February, and I have 18 days left... Which for me, makes it 30 days - As it should be. (BTW I used a voucher - No idea if this makes any difference, but I will point that out before someone else does)

Why don't you post some proof of your claim? While your at it, send your proof to Netload. This will help you solve the issue with Netload instead of calling them scammers and idiots on a forum... That doesn't help anyone.
 
yes for sure in your case is because you used a 30 days voucher..

Sice you want close the dibate (I want to) rhetoric question: do you think my insult are befor of after me asking politely an explanation and gently to fix the issue and the only answer I received is that "30 days are given everytime"?
 
I guess the problem may be that your purchase is 1 month, not 30 days, and unlucky for you, this February happens to contain only 28 days.

So in order to get your money more worth, you should have waited for a month with 31 days perhaps??
 
SeeingMole that was exactly my thought and I've addressed it to the support they replied me "30 days everytime" but then stopped reply me as soon as I GENTLY asked to apply what they affirmed to some my and my friends accounts
 
If you renew lets say on 11th then in most cases your account will expire on next month's 11th date, regardless of days of months, make sense?

No they don't. 1 month is from 3 February - 3 March.

Same as
6 Month = 3 February - 3 August
In this case, you should wait to get premium till July because you'll get 31 days in July and 31 days in August. So if you get 3 month premium, you will get 92 days, which is impressive 2 days extra. Now that's what I call extra value for money!!
Or even better, if you get 6 month premium from July 1 - 1 January, you will get a whopping 184 days, which means extra 4 days!!!
So hang on with all that porn and wait to get the premium in 6 months time, then you can start downloading them and you can finally "offload" your accumulated fluids...

February with only 28 days is the worst time to get monthly based premium man... now remember that for the rest of your life.

Say you got your wish that 1 month = 30 days, what about on months where there's 31 days? Will you then fucking complain and call them cheaters again because you get 1 less day on that month???

I don't know what you mean by "gentle" but I'm pretty sure everybody agrees that calling somebody "idiot" is not gentle.

conclusion: not only is a Netload issue but even their customer care didn't know
 
since they continue to assert "30 days should be given" they are pleased to add manually 2 days to those who make them notice the bug, obviously they "forgot" about those not asking....I am tempted to gave them a terrible long list of netload 28 days accounts.....
