need to install cpanel in my dedicated server..to host a website..can any1 help me..to install cpanel..

1) Did u buy cPanel License (If yes then company from which u bought will install that for free)

Not agree... the license not several include a sysadmin work...
cPanel tooks 60-80 min. to install it...

Installing cPanel & WHM To begin your installation, use the following commands:

1. Open the /home directory by typing the command cd /home
2. Fetch the latest installation file from the cPanel servers by typing the command wget -N http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/latest
3. Open and run the installation files by typing the command sh latest

i installed with these steps..its done...bt when i open my https://IP:2087 ..its WHM DNS ONLY :s..

how to fix this

Was the server previously having WHM DNS Only? If yes, then installing the standard cPanel/WHM won't work. You will have to reinstall your server and then install the cPanel control panel with the steps you have stated above.
