Other Need RPD with instant setup for today

Well i need RPD urgent for today.

- Instant Setup
- Windows SO
- HDD around 50Gb
- Posibility of software installing
- around 1Gb Ram
- USA Based (but not necesarily)
- run script with compression set to none for my rips

Please let me know some options.
