Need new warez hosting!

which ones do you suggest?

Warez-Host.com closed my site due too many DCMA complains... and they have written on theyr site that they allow warez linking... but as it seems, they lie.

so... i'm searching for a new hosting now for warez... which will ignore the DCMAs. this hosting just doesn't has the balls. in nl linking is allowed anyways... so i don't know why they are so scared... just because microsoft contacted them....

what about dmca? ignored or not? because i don't want a host which will suspend my site after 1 week. :)

I have three locations USA, Neatherlands, Germany. Of course you would be placed off shore on NL or Germany, If DMCA are received the will simply be sent to you.

but i have 3 more that look interesting, waiting for a reply from the one from hong kong.. :S
 
Currently my servers at 10 places: http://www.iwebhostu.com/network-information/ -Well, Italy & Romania Servers will add soon! anyway.. I'm always care about offshore & Onshore hosting! My DC if will receive DMCA (quite impossible) -I will sent to my customers. At my record my DC never receive DMCA obligations! -I think that bcz I always care about my TOS! :D
 
if you are really getting too many complaints from Microsoft specially i highly doubt any german provider will ignore those dmca, ATM i think vps9 would be better .

It's not that the web hosting does not "have the balls", or "lies" (Although I cannot guarantee that for warez-host), but depending on what you are doing they may or may not allow it in the first place.
If a host get's threatened, they will not hesitate to comply by the notice as 1 client is not as important as many.

it's written on they site that they allow warez linking... in every hosting plan page they have. :S

btw... i already purchased the vps9 ;)

they said that they will ignore the dmcas on the NL server.

my second choice would be mathewbuer i think... just don't know the speed,location,etc. details of the server + how long the hosting already exists, etc.
