Need idea to create ftp file download service

Hi guys i need some idea to create a ftp file download service..
i wanna open a ftp download service with monthly subscription fee..
eg: 6usd for 1 month access to download file faster with my ftp service..


So what is resource i needed?? is that i have to use dedicated server or rdp server(which is cheap)??
And what software is good to maintaining ftp access for user with auto expiration of access..

i have not that big knowledge about how to create FTP

but i was subscribing to many FTPs before

of course u need "dedicated servers" and it should be on NL, not FR

cause all uploaders use NL RDPs

u need to know how to secure it properly !!

about resources, u should have affiliates with scene groups, tip: check scene NFOs and contact those groups through the mail they put in their NFO !
