Need help (Virtualization)

Hey all
i have a server with following spec.
Dell server with dual xeon processor
32 gigs of ram
2 TB HDD
etc etc

its for my private use
i'ld like to make 20-25 VPS on it
so 1st of all is it possible to make so many VPS with equal sharing of resources
and also everyone would be running it on LAN with about 100-200 IPs in pool so no need to worry about the IP addresses

and if its possible to make so many VPS , which virtualization application should i use?

it's possible, you might want to use openvz for that many of VPSes
