Need Help regarding webmaster resources

Dear Wjuncation Palz,

I'm noob in webmaster resources and all... I need help/contribution/tips to guide me how to improve webmaster skills? I'm running site on my self learned bases but all I'm doing with my own. I'm not a professional Webmaster so this is why I posted this thread to get help from W-J Pals, and I'm sorry if I posted in wrong section.

build quality backlinks, target for specific keywords, and just keep learning, noone knows it all.

I'm doing my best but i observed 1thing that in starting links were index in search engines and are still same old pages, but don't know what happened new sitemap and pages are not coming in search engines pages? any solution.
