When your IP is set as a malware IP in a antivirus software you are blacklisted in the blacklist of the company.
You need to contact the company by email or forum (if they have one) and ask what is needed to be removed as usually your web host is suppose to receive these emails if they own the ripe network (the IP address).
Sometimes they will not remove the IP due to the web host or datacenter not removing the content and sometimes they ban an entire IP subnet.
