Need help for Webmoney

I am new to Webmoney and I have hundreds of questions. Among them I have chosen a few urgent ones and I would really appreciated if someone answer them properly. :wave:

Firstly, I am from India and I do not have a bank account and/or credit card (guess the reason) :-=

Now, I have several questions which I need answers of -

1. I have created a webmoney account but I am too confused to see wmz instead of USD. What is wmz? Is it some new type of currency?
2. How can I receive funds in webmoney from different PPD sites?
3. If I don't verify my webmoney with address/mobile/credit card and bank account, will I be able to purchase online? (I mostly make purchases for MMO from offgamers)
4. What are the fees in webmoney?

Go to webmoney and create a new purse. Purse are to manage different currencies in webmoney itself.
WMZ => USD
WME => EUR
WMR => Russian Rubbles

When you create a WMZ/USD purse, you receive a purse number starting from "Z". That will show up on your dashboard everytime you login.
You give this purse number to the PPD sites, remember to check first if they need WMZ or WME.
Yes you can make purchase without verification however there's a certain limit to which I dont have much idea. Since you are new to webmoney, you should be fine I would say.
Fees I am not sure again...
