I was using Knowinserver VPS for last 6+month unfortunately it got expired and company sold or merge wid rapidspeed.

Rapidleech I will install myself

I was using Rapidspeed VPS for rapidleech

When I was running 2 or more Rapidleech at one time so Rapidleech were getting dead.

So I need demo before I pay I will check everything include Cpu load , Speed etc :)
 
Hello again I need same vps bcoz I got CPU Load issue in Host hatch .
Why Cpu load going over 100% ?
Bcoz when u try to upload file in Filesonic or other file host so when upload get start so upload goes to 80 to 100% and when upload get finish it back to normal 0 to 10%
This issue I m facing in HostHatch I dont know whats wrong with it.
Thatsy I m planning to buy new vps where Cpu load should be fine.

nah , i can bet that CPU load wont hit 100% at any cost buddy for Boxslots , and about refund its not an issue , you wont going to leave boxslots due to there support and best vps .
 
There isn't any problem with the CPU on the host node, over 60% is idle. Your VPS load went up to 130 and you have been told that it's a problem in your VPS but you again and again tell us that it's something with the network, node and someone else is abusing it.

We use dual quad core processors so we've never faced much CPU problems. We have also offered you a full refund even after you've used the service for 15+ days, if we were lying about your VPS and there was a problem with the network, node or someone else abusing it, we wouldn't offer you a full refund and could've just blamed you for it? You've faced CPU problems with RapidSpeeds and Knowinservers as you said in your tickets but you are still blaming us that there is a problem with us?

If you still feel that we are lying and there is a problem with us, please get your full refund as offered and move to a host you think is better.

Its really strange

I never say that its ur issue I said it could be network issue bcoz last night when I was uploading 2+ files at a time load was raising up to 100+% and today I uploaded 30+ files and load is ok so could u tell me whats my fault in it? Sometime VPs Panel doesnot load and sometime its load very slow so I just said that it could be issue from Data center or Network issue bcoz Vps was down for 5+hrs last 3 days back and u guys said u got network issue Remembered it? I m not targeting ur company u guys r providing gud service but the issue which I faced last night I had mentioned it here.

I never face Load issue in rapidspeed and knowinserver VPs
I was facing issue in Rapidspeed that when I was uploading 9+ files at a time so rapidleech was not loading and it was centos issue which NewEracracker this guy solved that issue.
As far as Knowinserver concerned they had closed there services.
 
Since it is an unmanaged service, you have to manage the server, secure it etc. I am not sure about it but it could be a problem with the script? From where we stand and what we see, the issue is coming from your VPS, we don't know what you run on it but since all the clients on the node were affected, we simply offered you a full refund because we cannot risk 20 clients because of one. I am not saying this is your fault.

About VPS panel, it is hosted on a Dedicated Server in another Datacenter with 2x120Gb SSD's a core i7 processor and 8Gb ram. It is also in one of the world's known networks so I am not sure why it would load slow for you as it has it's own Dedicated Server. Even if it does load slow, it does not affect your VPS.


And as you say, you mentioned it here, I had to explain it to you here that it is not our fault because according to your previous post (http://www.wjunction.com/1047136-post10.htm), any other reader would think that it is a problem with our CPU.
 
CPU load could be issue if the Node has 8GB RAM and client are 20. ALso if you have 1Gb ram and Uploading 10+ files and Instant downloading 5+ files it could be another cause.

@HostHatch -I didn't say you are wrong or anything. Look, if someone using other than cPanel then he must be a smart one. Otherwise his script will not work. Sometimes 2Gbps VPS works like 1Mbps shared Hosting. :(

It could be anything.. so I think champ of champs you must shoot the all resources you have here. Then anyone get any Idea.. or Something ;)

The node he is on is not a low end. It has Dual Quad core Xeons (8x2.66GHz) and 32Gb ram so no, it isn't 8Gb ram or a low end processor. Its a pretty good hardware node compared to what most providers here use. So there is no chance that it is a problem on the host node. Just to let you know, I just checked a few seconds ago and 78% of the CPU is idle.


People don't use cPanel because it costs extra usually. If you know how to take advantage of 1Gbps/2Gbps, it can be a very good server (if scripts/softwares running on the VPS are optimized and kept upto date).
