Need Game help![GTA 4]

I know this is not a gaming forum but here i am lol
I brought my new laptop,dell XPS 14z(it's a fucking super machine).
I download and installed GTA 4:episodes from liberty city,i installed it and installed xliveless and tried EFLC crack,at last tried razor's crack,but it isn't working,when i run launchGTAIV.exe,i get this error(i already copied Razor's crack).

Anyone with the solution can PM me(welcome if he can teamviewer me)

First open Rockstar Games Social Club then don't click play in social club (let it open like that) but go to game directory then click LaunchGTAIV, then it should work (worked for me)!!
