My Experience with SaveFiles

I would like to share my experience with SaveFiles so others can be aware and judge for themselves.

I have been working with their platform and initially everything was going smoothly. I received multiple small payments without any issues, which built trust in the platform.

However, once my balance reached a larger amount, everything changed.

Suddenly, my payments were delayed and my account was placed under “traffic review”. I fully cooperated with their team and provided all requested information, including explanations about traffic sources and user behavior.

Despite this, they claimed:

• My traffic is “non-organic”
• Ads are not being counted by their ad network
• User behavior is “abnormal”

I explained that:

• Mobile-heavy traffic can appear uniform
• Short sessions can happen due to normal user behavior

They continued the investigation for several days and mentioned they were working with their ad partners, including making technical adjustments.

Then suddenly, I received a final decision:

• All earnings were marked as invalid
• My balance was reset to zero
• No payment was made

This happened despite previous successful payments and full cooperation from my side.

What concerns me is the pattern:

• Small payments go through normally
• Larger balances get flagged and reversed

I am sharing this experience for transparency so others can make informed decisions when working with such platforms.

If anyone has faced a similar situation, I would be interested to hear their experience.

Thanks for sharing you experience. I didnt trust this host since beggining and will never do with small hosts. We were "scammed" before for those kind of hosts like kingfiles or hulkload etc.
