You must have a good wordpress knowledge.
All the administrative panel is translated in more than 20 languages.
First you will have to show that you are serious. Once the test is passed with succes you will have the moderator status.
Once you have proven you are a serious mod, you will be able to put one of your add ( no pop up ) on the site, on the spot you wish
