Every videohost has it's own rules. We delete files when we got report or inactive files with certain period will be deleted by the system.

Mixdrop again problem in conversions.
I'm uploading videos that have already been converted so it should make me stream immediately, but this is "in conversion"

This is creating huge damage on my website.

my viewers reported that mixdrop.co has a slow download speed *3-4 hrs / around 200MB filesize*
this is super slow and streaming is always stuck every 5 seconds. all my viewers are watching from Thailand.
these are the only problem for me now. Please solve as soon as possible. Thanks

are you support remote upload from other hosting like upstream, vidload?

@MixDrop what happened? some of my files got deleted but they were uploaded less than 40 days ago. What is going on? Are you not allowing 60 days for inactivity anymore?

Hello,

We pay for both download and views.
We support remote upload from several host, you can check them from your mixdrop account.
Normal setting for pop up setting is already full earn mode.

Hello,

We count download and views as equal (same rate).
At mixdrop all views and downloads will be shown as download.
At mixpartner will shown detail of download at mixdrop, it will be separated by play (views, downloads, adblock/proxy).
