Every time when i log out from hotmail i see on the address bar "MBI_SSL_SHARED"

Sometimes the log out order doesn't finish, and it ends up blank screen.
I tryed to google it, but nothing came up. Is anyone recording my internet activity? X-( What is the meaning or purpose behind "MBI_SSL_SHARED" ?
btw. i use vpn connection.
I don't use wifi.
