Looking to hire RTMP developer for project

I'm currently working on a project for recording public streams of various adult webcam sites and I'm looking to hire a developer with experience in recording RTMP streams which happens to be an area that I'm personally rusty on. This project will be a private one and the code itself will not be shared or sold to anyone.

Basically my system currently relies on a tangled web of various recording software that is publicly available. Once the software records the flash streams I then handle all the transcoding and private storage of these videos on my dedicated gigabit internet servers which is where my area of expertise is strong.

The goal here is for me to find someone to help build me a simple recording system to help untangle the web of software I'm currently relying on. I'd prefer an automated system that results in providing a list of raw flash video files which I can then pick up and handle on my own. This system can be developed for use in any Linux or Windows environment in which you so prefer to develop within.

Sorry I'm not interested in working with someone who fails to comprehend the english language.

If you read my request you wouldn't have replied to this thread which just resulted in my adding your Skype Username to my blocked list.

Secondly, The way you are treating, I don't think any of the coder will be interested to help you... ;)

Not sure if people are going to want to work with someone with an attitude. Be respectful.
 
Maybe I was a little disrespectful....

However in the post I kindly asked to send me a private message with specific information if anyone is interested. Developers are very analytical in their nature and if they're any good at what they do then they know how to pay close attention to detail.

A developer who fails to pay attention to detail in my post as "LeetHost" did by leaving a vague comment is enough of an example that they're not worth my time. Notice he didn't even bother to put his Skype Username in his response, not this matters though because it would have just been another Skype name added to ignore list.

I have a maximum budget of $10,000 dollars for this project in which I will pay in modular payments as progress is made, details which I am willing to negotiate on with capable developers only who have additional experience with RTMP Streams.

This is a serious project and I am only rude to those who I feel are a waste of my time. Most commonly I feel people who are wasting my time are the ones who send me stupid messages like "what's your website?" or "how do you make so much affiliate earnings?"; both of these answers are easily found by looking at my posts where I freely distribute this information publicly on this forum. I even go as far as posting a fair amount of source code to some of my Bash scripts that I use for efficiently affiliating with various hosting sites and services.

So kindly, if you think you meet the general qualifications I'm looking for with this project then feel free to send me a private message on here with the information requested in my original post in this thread (I do not get updates about this thread and will not be checking it).

Secondly, I'm not a coder/developer. We are a Indian based registered company. We have do have team of developers and designers working together. I belong to sales department.

I've found a suitable programmer from a File Host representative that I met here on WJunction. He is going to get back to me shortly to let me know if he can take this project on, so for the moment I'm currently not seeking anyone for this contract job.

I will update this thread if the programmer informs me that he is unable to take it on at this time.
