No host here would (well actually shouldn't) provide this.

Unless it's private, its a big risk for yourself and the server host.

So you would be better off getting your own Dedi, unless it's for private use.

well for what you want to do, 1gb is ideal.
smaller vps could host what you want, but could have problems.

Good Luck =) There are many other hosts who have VPS's, don't know their quality tho. check out the VPS section :P
