SEO is SEO, you don't have DLE SEO, WP SEO. Create categories, analyze keywords. Target those keywords, put nofollow rel tag to outgoing links and on not important links. Get sitemap, robots.txt... and remember, google is your friend so don't create another topic such as "How to create robots.txt".

You only need to optimize and install good plugins.

Like change<b> tags to <strong> in dle etc...

Use more H1 keywords
