Looking for an offshore VPS <$25 month, please help...

So I've been looking for a VPS at about $20-$25 a month.

I know this isn't a whole lot of cash for what I'm looking for, but I'm in the process of starting some websites. I won't need a whole lot of resources except maybe ram (I use wp-o-matic to get rss feeds and it can use a lot of ram).

Here is what I would like:

512 ram guaranteed
10 gigs space
hyperv/lxadmin
Bandwidth/speed is important but I have never had issues with either on my sites. just as long as they don't load slow (yes, I can optimize sites)
DMCA requests ignored.

There might be warez linking but no hosting. Would like to experiment with a small niche torrent site, but not important and like #42423 on my things to do.

I've looked at some hosts:
Plutost but I've read where support is slow and downtimes are big
AltusHost - Heard the same that support is slow, etc...
Santrex - Everyone says to stay away, even people in their own IRC channel.

It doesn't mean that those hosts are out of the running, just what I've heard.

If you have any ideas, please let me know.

Offshore VPS with 512 RAM dedicated will be around 30-40 Euros in Sweden and Netherlands, Germany will be a bit lower but still your budget is too low.

As for US VPS, that may be possible.
 
Yeah, that's what I kind of figured. Maybe I can get away with 256/512 bust,

I will mainly run forum sofware, not warez related. A wordpress autoblog using caff content and wp-o-matic (RSS aggregation and posting).

If I used 256 on a shared server, would this be over reasonable limits? ie, would my sites be suspended? I'm on shared now, but I like the 'freedom' of vps.
 
yeh santrex would be cheapest offshore host, just they are horrible at support and letting you know whats going on
plus i think they oversell and/or use faulty hardware.
your best bet is to spend about double your budget and get seomthing with really good quality.
