Looking for alternative to skype mobile

Long convos with my gal is making me broke...so lookin for something like skype mobile (since my cell is not skype compatible) or something similar (like pc to mobile calls, voip) which is FREE or very cheap....btw im from Bangladesh so service shud work in my country....

help me out with ur knowledge ppl...:'(
