Logo Design (Paid)

Hi folks...
I need a logo for a company that i am currently helping with some other area. Please be aware before staring to design anything;

This is not for a kid who is strating web server or need shiny forum signature, so no fancy fonts on stock images, i can do that myself easly.

Logo will be used on printed and digitally as well. So you must make it on vector and consider that before adding any "fancy effects".

I ll be posting this in a few more local and international designer forum and maybe some freelance websites as well. So you are not competiting with only a few photoshop kids here but with pros.

I am long time member of wjunction, and know very talented guys arround here. So only posting this to give a equal chance to those i consider "my community" before anyone else.

Please do not b.tch about it later if your work is not choosen about your hours and hours hard work and high knowledge and how lame our choise compare to yours. unfortunately in this world, people with money does not have always high taste or respect to hardwork. So start doing someting considering this.

Now about the company;

It is a professional light and sound system wholesaler. I am adding website below so even though it is not in anglish you can go and see the things they are saling...

They are not music producers ( no dj shadowy logo please, they are availible for 5 $ on stock sites) Logo might be printed on black and white as well full color. Will be used in their videos, printed works for magasines and giant wall adverts, letterheads, watermarking, stampled on their products, maybe even screw press on plastic parts of products. So if you have industrial experience before, that might help you, if not, google for some samples before you do anything.

Thanks for your harwork. I just tried to list something they will want, knowing them. Not trying to intimidate nor abuse your talent. No logo will be used untill there is a written agreement signed between designer and company.

Please post your works here. You might mildy watermark them but at the end we will need original vector file, not a small jpeg, so do not go and put watermarks on crucial parts of logo.

Guys, i belive this post has more info then any other requests. But shortly answer to pointed problems:

though that rules are decided and posted here 2 hours after i posted, still ;

• Type of graphic:* mentioned in the post- Logo-
• Description: What to describe ? Company described well, usage areas described well, what is left, how i want my logo look ? if you can name the problem you can solve it, i clearly do not have that talent, so asking those who has creativity and mind for it
• Preferred dimensions:* mentioned in the post clearly, vectoral, sky is the limit for my dimension need
• Preferred colors: I am not buying clothes to say i like that kind, i like this color. I am simply trying to rent the time of an artist. This is his art, so he should decide, i described usage areas and places.
• Seriously this rules goes on like this and make me belive who ever decided that rules thinks graphic design is simply software knowledge. I can use any software you are using. I may even be able to teach you a few things on them. What i am lacking is currently creativity and professional eye+experience. Maybe it was wrong to post a web master forum a graphic request, dont know. Anyway, i just wanted to give you guys a head start, i am posting the ad today freelancer and graphic design websites. Thanks for your interest.
• Payment:* knowing the boss lets say 1-300$ but if he likes logo and do not think it is not worth 300$ (lets say you find a lame font and added two lines on it, he liked it, but clearly it is not worth 300$) , it will crush your expectations and possible business deal might happen.
