Link Crawler?

Any idea where or how i can get my hands on a link crawler for my ddl website. so if users have their website whitelisted they can easily crawl their own forum categories to submit their downloads.

First get a site that people submit to.

Sites take work, on both sides (owner & submitters). No automated warez site will ever be as good as a non-automated one.
