I'm a UK citizen asking: is Webmoney safe to use? I've read stories about SMS not working when convenient...?!?!?! Is it a long standing issue? Has everything been resolved?
If all is good, can anyone explain to me how to use it?

I found a thread here titled " how i receive webmoney payment to my bank accont help me!!!" with a link to services forum index which I open and already, I feel like a kid who got lost in a shopping arcade. :facepalm:
BTW. I wouldn't want to connect my bank account to a Webmoney account or vise-versa. Only to a Neteller acc. with CC which I have. Is it possible to withdraw to a Neteller CC?
I'm looking for help from people who reside in the UK, the United States or maybe Western Europe?
