Kindly guide me how to build backlinks for the already built backlink


I mean, I have create web 2.0 blogs in tumblr, weebly, blogger etc and submitted article in article directories bu submitting unique content with anchor tag " keyword" for my site.


Now, I want to built backlink for tumblr, weebly, blogger and article URL


Can I submit the tumblr, weebly, blogger and article URLs in social bookmarking, EDU/GOV link submission, Video Submission , PDF submission etc


And submit all links in social network sites like facebook, twitter, google+
