When you can't use from Blockchain why you requested money by BTC? like before try and request by paypal. you are first who want to know key on blockchain. always we sent without key . its your problem ask from somebody use blockchain.

Could you guide us to get the payments you sent?
This is uncomfortable and there are several days and there seems to be no solution, I repeat I do not work with BTC even I did not suggest that you asked me for my PP and I gave it to you at least you could have asked before doing this to opt for WM

I didn't ask for BTC,

I use PAYPAL,

I have repeated many times in my letter that I will not use BTC,

Or give me a tutorial to deal with this problem,

Please help to deal with this, thank you!
