Server s999 port 183 can't be reached. Can it be solved? Thank you very much.

Here what I tested:

- I can ping hit with just the domain + port or with anything after that (it then gives 403 foirbidden)
- But full redirected url past captcha crash with "take too long to respond".

Yes s999 has problem, Will fix tonight or tomorrow.
