Hello, wjunction

As you know we are a new file host and as we settle in, we encounter things that might be best answered by the users of our service. Basically this post is to decide if the actions below are acceptable. With a premium service you are given unlimited storage, which is GREAT for only $8.95 a month considering server costs. Recently I discovered a user doing some extensive uploading which is not a problem but I would like some feedback about these stats. Thank you!

Storage used: 401. GB
# of Files: 518

user#2 generated in 1 day (referred by user #1)
storage used: 27.6 GB
# of files: 153

The 6GB download limit a day for premium users is quite pathetic, IMO. As a new filehost, the least you could do to entice users to go premium is to offer unlimited download capacity.
