you need a new logo ,
new registration images also a new favicon

the skin is good but it needs more work

- new forum images
- new favicon
- skin is good, could use a little more work
- let people view your site before they register (just see it, not look in the main forums).

Remove huge Register now Image
Remove "JaXXed - You're New Warez Community"
Remove the footer and the time because it blends in with the forum bg.
Get a favicon.
Even out your affiliates / text & buttons together...
