Hello, I bought this hosting https://www.irockwebhosting.com.

they suspended my account.

after suspended i made ticket for giving me my all site back up. but they are not giving.

i made many tickets from 3 days. but no reply i got and not back up

and today i made one again ticket. they banned my ip from their site. i got this hosting from WJunction so please provide me my site back up from him:((

why did u get suspended ?
oh and wjunction is not affiliated with any of the hosting companies that sell here therefore is not liable for what happens max they can do is ban the host from here if something wrong was done from their part
 
they suspended me cause of heavy CPU overload.

but they should have to give my site backup.

today i made there ticket and they banned my ip. from 3 days i made regulry tickets they just read it and closed. didnot reply on that tickets
 
well most hosts if not all suspend when sites keep overloading the CPU so its a fair suspension but i think they should let you get a back up

Do believe they should give you backups of your account but maybe this can also be a lesson to you to backup your own account Daily or Weekly has most hosting provider aren't liable for backing up your account. You can only hold a hosting provider liable if they have there server hacked or an HDD fails on there server to were they didn't make backups of your account so remember to keep backups of your account yourself I wish you good luck at getting backups including with your next hosting provider. Most likely if they've banned you from there ticket support that isn't very professional thing to do as a webhosting provider then they probably have deleted your account already without making a backup of it first.
