well from the look of the site not alot of thought went into it... looks like pornhub or similar script.. i wouldnt botehr with it as flow said its just a waiting game for the "video-bb" is a scam threads to crop up here.
 
Its probably a scheme to get users to user their site, They just started and are willing to pay 35 per 10,000 views, they must have a big starting budget,, someone upload a video and post it here so we can all watch it and see if they will pay u :|

this also looks like on of those video scripts floating around the internet

My guess is that they are a new venture of FileServe.

Their text and country/payout is quite similar to FileServe. And the business manager of FileServe is also a Chris (Chan = Chinese from HK, like FS).

But I guess you won't get rich from this yet .... I saw an average of 12 views in a week, with a Harry Potter Trailer at 77 views in 2 weeks. Quite a few views from 10,000.
 
Their layout and graphics are similar. We will see how things will go with DMCA, because you could make a lot of money with uploading movies, tv series, documentaries, sport games.
