I hear that for using RDP u need also high speed internet i am using home dsl of 4mb
I try pankaj demo of RDP but speed is so slow
Why is this happening?
is that my dsl problem or what

RDP doesn't need fast internet at the client side, nope.

If it's slow, it's probably the ping between you and the server.

No, because it has to do with more than the speed of your connection.

Ping, routing and peering between you and the box hosting the RDP are more important factors than the speed of your home internet.

The load on the remote server is a big factor.

What you're trying to do on it (run command line stuff? Encode video with previews?) is an important thing too.
