Is letitbit good for PPD ??

I was using Rapidgator for a while and was quite satisfied with it but now as it is gone(don't know temporarily or permanently), so i am thinking of switching over to new host.
I want to know few things about letitbit.

1. Does it counts downloads from multiple IP ?

2. Does it steals on download counts like other hosts ?

3. Does it pay on time ?

Please share your opinion about this host and if you think of some other host for PPD then do post it here.

mostly after the timer comes to zero, they ask us to Install some apps..

so if you want to irritate your downloaders....?? then sure use it
