Hello,
This if something Ive seen on a forum running on IPB.

Before starting a malware removal topic, please read our Malware Removal Guide.
Please put the type of infection you have in the "Topic Title", e.g. Spywarequake, Winfixer, Backdoor.Win32, etc. Use the "Topic Description" to include more infection details. Since some staff are more familiar with certain infections, this will help get the best response.

Thats at the top and changes depending on which forum that you enter. Does anyone know how they do this or how to do this?
