Other I want payment processor system for affiliates websites??

Hello
i have website that pay for affiliates, i can not create paypal business account
so, i need payment processor allow me to pay to them by visa for example and they pay paypal to my affiliates or my publishers and allow api tools that can show transcations history appear on affiliate account!!!!!!!!!

I think you can use Payoneer for this or maybe EntroPay.

Even Paxum allows to pay your affiliates.
