i can't login to my webmoney account !

i can't login to my account since 3 days now
my user & pass are correct
i went to the site : WebMoney ? Universal Payment System
i write name & pass normally i get to this page normally :

but the site load & load then it stops loading just like that ?
is there a solution a software maybe to access webmoney without a browser ?
