HUGE problem with my Joomla! 1.6

hey guys, i REALLY hope someone can help me..

my site was working great until a few days ago, when it started looking "funny"..it affected also the login page itself to the administration panel :-\

Seems to me like language files are messed up. I'm not sure but if Joomla have "Language" folder re-upload it on server.
