I presume your using IBAN/Swift if you dont know how.
You will need to get the recipient to find his IBAN number from his local branch, some bank let you find your iban code online.
In the Uk the normal thing is sort code & account number.
oops sorry i just noticed this is from a payment processor, but maybe you need to get your IBAN number for the transfer :P

This is the best way like you in paypal to withdraw money in your bank account.

Note: Sadly there is charge for this method and also you need to verify your formal passport with your real passport.
How to verify your document? Scan your real passport, utility bill that says name and your address (proof of address) and upload here https://passport.wmtransfer.com/asp/bMyDoc.asp.
If it is not verified, create a support ticket, they will verify it for you.
I know it sounds confusing. But once you know the drill, you don't have to worry about exchanging and fearing your money.
Also once you are verified, it is best to create payoneer . no need for bank account. Make sure create through webmoney, not from elsewhere. It will cost all together 45 wmz.
