How to speed up crawling my website?

It takes about 4-5 days to have a new post show up in google search after I submit.

I m using wordpress for my website. I already installed XML-sitemap and ALL in on SEO plugins.

Any tips for me?

you can modify the crawling frequency in the webmaster tools.i suggest no to do so.reason is the bots find a "decent" rate to crawl depending on various factors.
btw,all in one seo is no good,do manual seo or use newer plugins
