I am using ubuntu(i know is different from centos), but when you click on vlc, it starts just normally,

Maybe there is a problem with vlc or the computer, or i dont know anything of centos.

i created a new account.....
logged into ssh as that user but connected to thightvnc as i used to but still vnc isnt working?

not really understand what you wrote.
have you run vnc software in that user?
i use vnc4server in ubuntu.
to start vnc, use vncserver

i have installed vlc player which is not working
can any one tell what to do so it will work
or any thing that can take screenshots big enough like cover images.
or any video player on linux so that i can take screens myself from that using snipping tool

vnc cant be created unless i login as root user in ssh, have tried it.....
i am never gonna get a linux vps in my life again
no one knows how these things operate

its not about running vlc as root or not.
maybe its because vlc build in centos, or your video has a problem.

i dont really understand how things work in centos, because im using ubuntu server.
i can run vnc as normal user.
