How to promote an adult blog?

I create an adult DDL blog (wordpress), where and how I can promote it? I installed AIO Seo Pack for wordpress, but I get no visits.

The site is hosted on a free server with a subdomain, free too. Hosting my blog on a good server and buying a good domain, can increase again my visits?

PD. Its my first web/blog. I accept all kinds of advice. Thank you all.
