How to make Screencaps on HD1080p or 720p

anyone knows some software for making screencaps/thumbnails for HD Movies/Clip ?

p.s. i don't have porfull pc, so i can't even play this kind of stuff, but if there's some software witch can do this, tell me :D

lol, get a HD monitor and a good graphics card along with a good processor. There is no alternative.
