How to get people and webmasters on a DDL site?

Hi al, I have a ddl site and I need to get users and uploaders and webmasters to visit us and submit to us.
I do not have any ideea how to make the users to come to us.
The DDL site is warezworm.net , the design looks similar with warezworm.com but it is different in coding, I have rewrite half of the site code.

I have even added the function so that the uploaders can submit their own posts without help from a webmaster, they simply post there uploads on warezwrom.net/forums/ and submit their posts on warezworm.net/uploaders_submit.php , but we still can't get much traffic

Anyway do you have any suggestions?

also you can buy text link from other webmaster and can exchange your link with other ddl site or forum.

if you can make your ddl site good seo you can get lot of visitor from search engine.
