How to get A group in filehost?

I would like to know if is it possible when I register to file host from US/UK filehost via RDP/VPS if I will be paid for downloads from the first A group, my country is in many filehosts in group D. Can someone write if is it possible or according to what they selected people IP adress, bank acc, email...? sry for bad english

Lets say you are posting in WBB, there is no way of finding out or specyfing your downloaders Country.

I don't get what do you mean...what I understand is you say that you will be paid with tier A group if you register using RDP with UK/US IP address? if so then the answer is no. those tiers A/B/C/D country are for someone who downloads your file. you will not be paid with lowest rate because of your country is in group D.
