You will need:
A Jailbroke iPod/iPhone.
Installous or anyother way to install cracked applications,
Internet Connection.
How to?
Go to the installous app or apptrackr.org.
Download an application called AlwaysOnPC
Open the applicaion on your iPhone/iPod, create an account.
DUDE! You suck i need it on my PC!
Visit http://www.alwaysonpc.com and login on the right with the details you made earlier.
Login then you should be on the connect page, if you dont have JAVA get it then you should have the connect buttons showing.
Click one of the connect buttons then save the file in your user area and run it from there.

Not to worry I have a superior app on my iPhone named UDIDFaker this lets me spoof my deviceID and trick the app into thinking im another device so i can create as many accounts as i like just PM me a email and ill set you one up make sure it can be verified.
