Did you ever asked this question over internet? I am also looking to find digital marketing experts to promote my insurance website.I contacted to some seo companies but their costs were very high so i left.

My friend with same job have recommended me bestseoexperts.co.uk because they are offering affordable local seo packages and have very well reputed company.I have told them my requirement to promote website on local keywords ,and now waiting their reply.

In between,I want your advise or any recommendation.

Just be careful, make sure your tier 1 links are manual created not software. Find out as much information as you can on what they plan to do. Competitor research is nice. but just make sure the links they are build to your site directly are great. Any other specific questions?
