How to create domain email with Cpanel

Hi

I want to create an email like dmca@mydomain.com . I already created the email account by clicking in email account .Howeven when i send email to that account as a test , i didn't recieve it:facepalm: .

I guess it has somehing to do with mx record

Currently no mx record is set for the domain

What shall the mx record be in this case?

It'll take a few hours to get it working.. how long is it since you created the mail ID?

I already followed the tut froomple bro
Created like 15 hrs back
wanted Google Webmail but google apps is no longer free
I have no mx records set atm

How did you create the mail ID? did you allocate space for it?
Or, are you forwarding the mails ?

Click on email account on cpanel and created it
Quota : Unlimited

I loved google apps but they are not free anymore.
Wish they can come up with even a single email setup plan.

if you made it correct, that is, cpanel> email accounts>create a new acc , You should check if your server ip is blacklisted with gmail etc.
To login to your email, go to yourdomain.com:2085 or cpanel>webmail and select your email acc, there is often a spam folder as well .
