How to change the URL with the Title Name of the post

right now i am getting my url for each post like this

http://www.xxxxx.com/main/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=1115

I would like to change it to the below

http://www.xxxxx.com/main/uyire-tamil-movie-watch-online

how to do this ? I am using a phpbb3 forum
